I am still waiting for mine.
I've been on the online chat with 7dayshop.com and have been asked to wait for 2 weeks after the shipping date before they can do anything about it. I ordered some other stuff too, one item of 5 has arrived so far.
They're usually better than this.

Depends if you're after a USB drive in particular. You can get a 1TB external 2.5" hard drive for £40, which makes 64gb for £10 look quite expensive.

are these as good as before the old specs use to quote 150MB/s read. seems like they are using cheaper nand or worse controller than before.
