probably,however these are slow,and made for S6 /S6 Edge it takes 120 minutes to charge s6 with these,So I'd imagine takes much longer for Note 5.
there is a fast charge model available specifically for Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus.
I'm in market for one of those myself for my Note 5.

Take ages, generate lots of heat and never reach 100%.
The new fast charge version is much better but way more expensive.

Instead for just over £12 I bought a spare rapid charger for work and one for the car.

mine reach 100% everytime I use it. Generate hot same as cable. Slow charging than cable. That's a comment sense
