You used to be able to, but just starting last week offers now say just once across checkoutsmart publisher network, which includes COS, CS and TCB snap & save.
So deal title could now be misleading because you can only claim 1, so I understand it now.

Yes, but it appears they are sharing some data. Look on TCB snap & save offers and in the details it states this but not clearly.

I did as well, but some were refused. I think it depended on what day you claimed, and only certain offers are across all platforms.
