Great but when they become available surely putting the disk in enables that game to be backwards compatible anyway? Or am I wrong with how this works?

It does yes, but for people who don't have the old games like myself and I have GoW ultimate edition then this gives me all 4 games for playing Ultimate Edition

It should be linked to your accoubt - if you played the game previously (full game not demo) then you should get the download version if you wanted to play again.

They can't do it like that though, otherwise it'd just be abused. Everyone would just buy a game and put the disc in so it's linked to their account and then trade it in... It wouldn't work

Has been known about for a long time, but I guess it's worth reminding folks every once in a while!
Shouldn't really be in freebies section though as it's dependent on a purchase. MISC maybe?

Nice, I don't own judgement as I rented it from love film back in the day. Awesome game I might have to play the multiplayer until they fix up the ultimate edition.

So... If I get my mate to log into my. Xbl account and play gears on my profile it'll add all the previous games to my account for free?

The ultimate edition, yes I think it will but I'm not 100% on that but from what they have said then yes.
