Forza Motorsport 5 is a cinematic automotive journey starring the world's greatest cars and tracks. Built from the ground up to take advantage of Xbox One and the vast power of the cloud, no game better delivers the wide-eyed thrill of racing. By learning how you and your friends drive, the power of the cloud delivers real human behaviour. Drivatar technology creates an ever-evolving network of opponents who are always ready to race. Real tendencies, real mistakes, real victories. A new graphics engine created exclusively for Xbox One delivers physically based material rendering that re-creates the real-life characteristics of thousands of unique materials. Surfaces such as metal, glass, leather, rubber and concrete look real enough to touch. The most diverse lineup of vehicles ever seen in a Forza Motorsport game: from classic sports cars to modern tuners, purpose-built racers to extreme exotics and, for the first time in "Forza Motorsport," open-wheel race cars. With Smart Match matchmaking and Xbox Live dedicated servers, experience epic, fast and competitive multiplayer perfectly suited to your skill and style.

Just paid the 15 for horizon 2 otherwise would have probably gone for this, unless anyone can convince me it's worth having both

Different games. This is more simulation where as FH is more arcade.

Yeah Horizon 2 is amazing! but its an open world racer, which feels a little more arcady, Forza 5 is a simulation circuit racer. ( it also runs at 60FPS )

Yeah, think this may drop in price again before long, seems a bit of a forgotten child of a game. Great price though

Not at all. This game is honestly pretty crap, FM6 is way better in every way.

I actually prefer Forza 5 ..... Great to have it digitally for £9.99
Get FH2 too and make sure you Forza Hub free money so free cars every month.... It gives me £300k twice a month for F5 and FH2 and F6
I love the Forza series..... If you love racing games you need XB1!!!!

Bit confused by all the comments / different Forza games - my 8 yo loves racing games AND desperately wants an xbox 1 so thanks nigelbutler for making me feel bad for resisting - so far!!!!!!
Which Forza games does my 8 yo 'need' to have IF I succumb and let him get an xbox?

Forza6 is technically better but seems duller than 5 imo.

definitely forza horizon 2 its free roaming round a european map.... you race when you like and do what you want.... the difficulty setting make it very accessible for any age.... i love fh2!!
Forza 5 and 6 are both simulators and may be a bit dull for an 8 year old.... i find them a little boring tbh but play in short sessions

For all its negativity I like Forza 5 and even by Forza 6 standards there is still a time consuming game in 5. Under a tenner is a great price for a current generation Forza game
