Bought a children's coat from the Hull store. On getting item home, went to remove tag and found a large hole under the collar and grubby marks on the collar itself. Given that the label was hand written, it looked to me as though it had been worn, returned and put back out for sale. Took it back, on refund receipt it clearly stated 'saleable - no fault found'. Presume it's now back on the shop floor........
