A 440ml can of Tetley's bitter and half as much water, 2 oxo cubes, 1 teaspoon of whole grain mustard, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, a good splosh of Worcester sauce, 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger and some black pepper. All in to a roasting tin with the bit of beef and carrots and parsnips (make sure these don't get stuck under the beef). Cook at 210 or 180 fan assisted for 20 minutes per 500g and then an extra 20 minutes ( this will be cooked medium well) I turn the beef half way through cooking but you don't have to.
And that's it
Enjoy

And that's it. I always use the liquid in the tin to make caramilised onion gravy.

Thank you. Last Sunday, I bought £30 worth of pork and some of the packs are really nice and my fridge is bursting. Bosch's containers with cracks everywhere...
