Got one from Evans a few weeks ago (in red). Great jersey. Well worth the reduced price. Sizing does run a bit small indeed. Very sporty sort of cut. Sleeves are long compared to torso.
Great balance of windproofness vs breathability.

As a cyclist, very vulnerable to the stupidity of motorists and to yourself, why wouldn't you do your best to be visible and therefore reduce the risk a little?

As a cyclist I do, I certainly wouldn't rely on just a jacket to make myself visible although there is enough white and reflective strips on this one which wouldn't put me off buying it
