All good quality - same as other brands that cost 2-3 times the price.
All just 69p (but says 75p on the website.)
Not on sale, this is the normal price (you don't have to wait until Friday and queue to get them!)
Been meaning to post this for a while, they've been this price for 4-5 months. (Used to be £1 like most other supermarkets.)
They changed manufacturer or recipe a couple months ago, which meant the calories (for Sweet'n'sour) went from 450 up to 550. I compared labels, and they hadn't just dumped a couple of tablespoons of sugar in - the numbers had all increased, so they must have removed some of the water instead.

Do people really put this rubbish in their bodies. The biggest laugh is that you describe them as good quality. Cuckoo

First meal I looked at is the chicken breast in a mild curry sauce with rice. No idea what is supposed to be rubbish about this. Some facts would be more helpful that just a negative remark from some one who hasn't posted a single deal after over 5 years of being a member.

Any microwave meal I've ever had from anywhere always smells good but is lacking in taste.

You're totally deluded and naive if you think it's any different at any other supermarket.
I worked at Tosco years ago, and saw cages full of frozen food left out in the warehouse, as there was no room left in the freezers when the evening delivery arrived. They were eventually worked after several hours. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

And don't eat white bread/rice/pasta, milk, sugar, meat, and on it goes :disappointed:
i agree it is about a balance i suppose , can think of worse things to eat , have you tried the frozen microwave steam tubs of veg , different types , these are nice and count as on of your five a day !

But yes, I think the majority of us ought to be eating a lot better - I recently happened across Aldi's Frozen Veg Medley (89p) where they're not cut into little soul-destroying cubes which I liked - salt and butter optional
