found some adult colouring books in my local the works store today for £2, checked online and they are on there too starting from £1.50. I got the books when they were £1 in poundland but they no longer have any stock.

no, its like paint by numbers, without the paint or the numbers
they're meant to releive work related stress
but any colouring book should do...with a little improvisation
