5 pack of Illooms LED light-up baloons mixed colours was £3 on clearance for 75p. Balloons come in Halloween packaging but they are just regular LED balloons inside.

they are also down to 35p in sainsbury's local stores if you can find them. I got a couple of packs the other day, but weren't many left in edinburgh.

I've never come across LED balloons. I bought some LED candle lights that flickered for halloween. They looked really good in the pumpkins.
