This sort of thing is just as bad as the people who insist on anorexic models. It's wrong to suggest that one of the images is "more of a real woman" than the other.
Women are beautiful in all different shapes. The women modeling the underwear are beautiful as is the woman in your picture.
All that should be actively discouraged is obeseity since it had a detrimental impact on health and lifestyle. Obesity isn't beautiful or real. It's unhealthy, destructive and selfish.
