Posh tea with purifying herbs. I've been buying it for weeks but didn't know if it would be in other stores but they keep getting in more stock so there must be plenty out there.

also I.have seen other varieties of twinings in there, normal, yellow, mixed berries etc

Not surprised it's purifying. According to wikipedia, aloe vera is fine on the skin, but if eaten it can cause cramps and diarrhoea. Yum!
