Depends, is it consistently the same kind of inaccuracy? You shouldn't have to - but at least if it's out the same +/- a small margin you could track your progress still. I'd like a smart band for the sleep functions but a bit weary of how good they can be this low down.

I have one.
I bought it about six months ago and I use it every day.
I bought it primarily because it was cheap, just to test the concept.
Mine stopped working after a month or so. Contacted Sony and they replaced it within a couple of days. It's been working fine since.
I use it for tracking my sleep and it's perfect for that. I don't track my sleep for scientific reasons and I don't need it to be accurate to the nearest micro-second :-)
The Sony LifeLog application has been far behind the competition but it has vastly improved recently and they have now added big-data analysis so you can see how your activities (walking, sleeping,...etc) compare against others.
Because of the SWR10, I now like the idea and I'm thinking of buying a Pebble SmartWatch.
My daughter has a Xiomi Mi, which offers a slightly better functionality but doesn't look as good.
Highly recommended for the price. I paid a bit more for mine. Heat added.

Have just looked at the Mi but it doesn't vibrate for messages or other notifications so, in that sense, it has less functionality than the Sony.
Just ordered the Sony myself after looking at both.
