They cancelled it because you used a code. Their T&Cs state that codes can not be used on consoles.

The good thing about the UK cover is that it only features the PEGI logo.
I'd really hate to be in one of the European countries where the cover is just like the one in this bundle. Totally ruins the awesome artwork.
