I have just opted in.. I went through my nectar app.. Had to login it and it shows offer activated.. Ebay it should on homepage or nectar rewards section..

thanks just done the same. I don't think its up on the eBay website yet but fine to activate through the app. About to spend about £500 on eBay and this deal popped up at the perfect time! Cheers op!
