However, I checked my local store, as it's relatively small one they don't stock them unfortunately.
If I would order these online and select click 'n' collect would they be able to fulfil the order or they would substitute it?
As £40 for home delivery is a bit too much and will force me to buy things I don't really need.

I'm not sure about the click & collect I'd maybe give it a try and see, there are other sweets on offer 2 for £5 so maybe if they did substitute it would be with those they're Nestlé bags with the same amount in them.
