I'm going to buck the trend and say it's fairly pants. Track pieces are poor quality, not flat and don't fit together very well (yes, we tried a few packs). If your floor isn't perfectly flat it makes the problem even worse. This set is too small on its own and doesn't allow any creativity at all with the layout. So obviously you'll want to buy more Happyland track which isn't cheap, and there's only one extension set available, again all flat with no bridges or features etc. I'd strongly recommend spending your money on a wooden set instead, they're all compatible with each other and our son finds them far more interesting with the massive range of bridges, tunnels, pieces and trains/vehicles available.
