Not as good but it's still "got it"....just.
It's worse than 1/2/3 but better than the one before this, is it angel of death? The one where you end up underground some weird temple thing with monks, still could be any of them I guess

PS1?! It was primarily designed for a mouse on PC - hence it's a point and click adventure. The concept of a point and click adventure, without any of the "get...OVER there!!!!" of a pointing device that lacks the essential precision of a mouse, is laughable.

Thanks I've been waiting for this price to drop for a while. I used to adore the first two broken swords as a kid!

Hot for the price but this is not the greatest adventure game. I played through it and found some of it a bit boring tbh. It's better than the last one by not by much and not a patch on the earlier Broken Sword games. If you are wanting a decent adventure game the Grim Fandango remaster is a better option if you have not played it already.

I preferred the originals over the Directors Cut. Too many hints and the Nico parts aren't particularly good. If you buy the first two from GOG then it includes the original version too
This thread made me remember Toonstruck though, and turns out that it's now available on GOG so I went and bought that
Hot deal though! Great game if you're into puzzle adventures
