The Co-op have a number of frozen lines on clearance at the moment, including 4 x Oreo cones for £1.15 and Maxibon 3 packs for 89p. There was plenty of other bits and pieces too - some other ice cream/lolly stuff and McCain's frozen roast potatoes at just over a quid a bag instead of £2.20 or so, as well as Achari chicken curry down to £1 from £2 something.
Can confirm these prices are in 2 different stores in Brum (and plenty of stock in Moseley at the moment) and the member of staff I spoke to said it would be nationwide as they are trimming the range down for winter now and clearing freezer space for other lines. All the reduced stuff has the little red "clearance" labels above the prices. Pretty sure it'll be "once it's gone it's gone" so I wouldn't make a special journey but worth keeping a look out if you are shopping there.

Heat, no Oreo's on offer but picked up the last 2 boxes of Maxibons this morning at Wimborne. I don't care if it's getting cold Maxibons at that price you can't say no

I remember when they had the Maxibon challenge when they was out around the 90s, and theyd challenge people to eat em in 30 seconds.

It's a range reset, chilled has just been done and there are loads of new lines so it should be same for frozen. All sections in the shop are being done over the course of the rest of this year and on into next year. Once a line goes to clearance no new stock comes in, it's just what is already in store. Except when it comes in in error instead of another line, which is really annoying when you've nearly got rid of the stock!

The Maxibons are ludicrously tiny. Barely a couple of mouthfuls but no indication on the box that they're not full size.
