Yes that price is a private transfer for 1-3 people, so given this is for 2 I would say you'd be likely to have a private transfer.

I think most people can't afford the time away. Money wise it is cheaper than renting in UK, that's for sure.

maybe London in a 4 bedroom flat but last time I checked no rent was £50 per day
