Possible glitch? Hope this makes sense!
Went into Boots today, bought 3 No.7 items on 3for2 offer, but when I got to the till and produced my advantage card the lady behind produced two vouchers - one for £3.00 off any No.7 product, and another for £5.00 off any beauty product giving me a further £8.00 off! All of the till assistants were doing it, she said it was a promotion for the next 7 days and is nationwide......I have taken a photo of my receipt but Im not sure how to upload from my phone.
I basically bought;
No.7 BB Cream £13.50
No.7 Tinted Moisturiser £12.00
No.7 eyeliner £8.00
Should have been £33.50.
I got the eyeliner free on 3for2, but I then also got another £8.00 off at the till so only ended up paying £17.50 for all 3 products!

This is not misleading, I simply posted as I got a good deal, and thought it was worth others knowing about it, that's what hukd is for! I only had the meal deal so was spending less than 4 pounds, and I didn't do it in separate transactions either! though this is an option fir others to get the vouchers. If you like and buy no.7 products it's a great way to get more money off, judging by what others have said, I think I might have got the 3 pound off as had an eyeliner in my basket as part of 3for2 in addition to bb cream and moisturiser! I certainly wouldn't be embarrassed to ask at the till if needs be, and in my case I didn't even ask I was offered it!!

Thats good they used the vouchers and took the value off there and then for you. Usually they just give you the vouchers and you use them to get money off your next purchase!

you can always buy the same set again with the vouchers and then return them using the previous receipt :smiley:

Not a glitch it's an offer they do quite often. They give the vouchers out when you spend over a pound, nice that she automatically did it for you when you didn't have a voucher

my local always give me the voucher but only allowed to use for next purchase must have been a nice lady at checkout:)

Ooo I see, well in that case its well worth buying something for a pound, then going and getting what you like! It might be because I had one of their meal deals in my basket, so I guess technically I could have asked her to put that through first, then get vouchers for a second purchase....I was really pleased anyway as made my purchase half price :-)

The vouchers are given out when you spend £4, and should not normally be given out prior to purchases. Also not meant to put both vouchers through together, I was in Boots today, and it did not work, they just used the £5 only.

it isn't a glitch its just a promotion that boots run quite regularly, you get the voucher with a five pound spend and there is a three for two also running. It's a good deal if you buy no7 products, you can also use the fiver off skincare off any purchase on its own, or the 3 quid off make up.
