how long does it take for super points to be credited to your account

Mine took about 14 days to be credited, I contacted Rakuten about the delay and was told it was to ensure I was happy with the order and did not want to return it (within 14 days) before the points were processed and added.

Does anyone know if you earn points on orders bought with points (I think you can) and can you cancel preorders bought with points as I have halo 5 preordered?

Once I received my goods, the points took a week to be credited
Looks like you can but concerned may be a delay in getting my points back from the preorder and then they expire.

And bear in mind that your points from the nexus deal have an expiry date too, think it's the end of this month or next. I used mine to purchase a pre order. Great deal as used points and will get points back too.

Thanks for posting this, i can confirm the code has worked on the copy of fallout 4 i just pre-ordered for less than £20 thanks to some points i had left over. Happy with that!
Edit: I take it back, went to confirmation but it's now telling me the code is invalid!

wish it worked.
It takes off 15% on the screen prior to placing your order, but once you do, you are greeted with the infamous "invalid voucher code, please try again" message.
Have you got any other discount codes under your sleeve ??? I'd be happy with even 5 or 10% off.

Ive used my previous superpoints but have pre-ordered 3 games. I am now thinking do my points earned from these expire before these games are even released??? it usually takes 8 days from dispatch of items with my account.

****. I had almost £200 of points from the 25x points promotion which I spent yesterday, I could have had another £30 of points if I'd waited until today to spend them. :disappointed:
Great, and I've just checked and the 15% off voucher would have worked as well so that's another £30 I could have saved but didn't. I was not a savvy shopper yesterday, not a happy shopper today.

If they haven't dispatched the items its possible to cancel them but i don't know how long the superpoints are refunded back into your account. you may want to send them an email [email protected]

Hmmm, just seen that, it's stated on the banner ad as well but when I add something for £375 to my cart it clearly shows that I'll earn 7500 (£75 worth) of points. I can see them upsetting a lot of people if they then only reward the maximum 5000 points after orders have been processed.
Edit: It's actually ONLY mentioned on the banner and not in the T&Cs so I can't see that they will/can enforce this, anyone who shops and doesn't see that banner will have had no notification of the £50 limit, it's not mentioned in the terms and it's not mentioned or applied during the checkout process .

Already dispatched unfortunately and it's due to be delivered in the next hour.
Cancelling/re-ordering doesn't really seem feasible at the moment, I won't get the points back in time to take advantage of today's offer and the 15% code might not be working by the time they're re-credited either. I'll take this one on the chin I guess and learn to be more vigilant in checking for codes next time.
Anyway, a good deal and heat added

Anyone who has paid with points, if the item costs less than the amount of points you have do you still keep the remaining points? so if you have 9000 pts and bought something for £80 will there still be 1000 points left available?

I've been wondering what what spend my 8100 on - what brand was the sick... and what OTG cable did you buy out of interest? Both good shouts!
I bought an xbox one from them on the last deal a couple of weeks ago and got £65 worth of points. I put it against Lego Dimensions today, which after spending points cost me £27. odd and credited me with another £18 ish of points !

Super hot deal.
Though I do just want to make 100% sure, you can get this promotion (20x points) on more than one order?
I would hope so since I checked through the T&Cs and could see nothing at all relating to an order limit and each time on checkout it showed the 20x point total and as you can only check out purchases from the same shop in one go it would be a bit unfair to make it only on one order....

Am i right in saying any super points earned in the last promo (x25), when spent will also entitle you to earn new points credited to your account on purchases or do you have to spend cash instead of points to earn additional points!!

Probably not as good as this offer (particularly when using points from the previous offer), but I think they'll do something good for Black Friday next month.
Rakuten have got a serious amount of money off me this month, but they've saved me an equally serious amount of money on things I was going to buy anyway. The recent promotions must have cost them a fortune!
Opening post
For every £1 spent on Rakuten.co.uk you'll get 20pence back in superpoints to use until end of november 2015.
