I'm guessing when you phone them, since you can't book online, that offer will unfortunately be sold out but "wait...we do have a much better deal for you at twice the price"

This is an awesome deal. I've cruised twice this year with Norwegian and the last time was on this ship in July. The Epic is the world's third largest cruise ship (or at least was).
Lovely ship with plenty to do on board and even with over 3000 passengers on board it never felt cramped or too busy. Its also very child friendly with its own water park with flumes on the top deck.
The food was delicious and of very good quality. They also have signature restaurants but these have an additional surcharge (up to £20). But don't be put off by the cost because the restaurants we tried were amazing! Cagney's Steakhouse and Moderno Brazilian Steakhouse come to mind.
Both times we booked studio cabins as they were the cheapest. They're small but perfectly formed and modern and clean. We had no complaints and weren't fussed about having a balcony room. Studio guests also benefit from their own lounge where you can get limitless 'free' coffee, tea, juices and pastries.
For this price for 11 nights, you really can't go wrong. Book it!

Arrecife is a dump though there is a nice coastal path once you get on land but it's more than a good walk into town. Never been to Tangiers, but everywhere else is great.
