polaroid went bust years ago, u can look it up if u need. there owner went to jail for Ponzi schemes and all sorts of other stuff.
its just a brand licensor that sells there name to any cheap Chinese company dumb enough to pay them for it now, should be avoided at all costs.

lol, I remember last black friday and even better deal in asda. I have not bought this, but a Tescos Blaupunkt. Next day I paid a visit in Asda and there was a line with people who wanted to return them. There was like 15 tvs layin one on another without a tv boxes.
Really risky purchase imo

Used to have a Polaroid TV. Would not buy again.
It worked OK, but temporarily lost the remote and non of the reasonably priced universal remotes would work with it. Was not supported by wither Sky or Tivo remotes.
Also was a bit funny about screen resolution when connecting some sources. It was 720p and would give that resolution with some sources. Connected things which displayed at 720p on other TVs, and they would only display at 480 or (if I remember correctly 720i).
Now have a Digihome, also a cheap brand but miles better quality.

What's so dumb about that? Paying to use a beans name on your product will do wonders especially if it's a common household brand regardless of what the brands current status is.
