Was posted a month ago at £26 from amazon - same seller I think. Now £3 cheaper at their eBay store. Good systemic weedkiller this - dilute at the correct level this amount would last most people years. Please note this will kill nearly all plants roots and all - very deep rooted plants may need more than one application.

I've been using this stuff for the past 5 years.(gardener) It will take at least a week to start showing signs of it working. However 2 to 3 weeks after application the weeds will be very dead. There are a few plants that give it problems though.
Horsetail - Has a waxy coating and has a root system that can be 7 foot deep. Gallup will weaken it and with multiple applications will get rid of it. However add a drop of washing up liquid to your sprayer to help breakdown the wax coating. Bruise the horsetail first to aid the chemical to penetrate. I find any small sprouts of horsetail afterwards is best treated with a weed-wand. This will help exhaust the root ball. Especially the Spring growth which is the time when it releases its spores.Burn them as soon as you see them. For big large clumps of it spray and then use the jam jar method (see below)
Ivy/Brambles - Spray them but after fill a jam jar with diluted killer. Place branches of plant in poison and keep them in place using duct tape(use tape as a lid as well) After a week the creeper will have taken in a lethal amount of the weed killer. Keep the jar clear/hidden from animals and children as It's poison! Spaying will eventually work but the jam jar method is a lot quicker.
Gallup will work on virtually everything green. Don't spray when it's windy. Don't spray onto soil as a preventative. It's inert on soil so you're wasting your time. Keep it clear of ponds,It is lethal to fish etc. Always wear gloves.
Oh, and don't spray a weed patch then walk over it and across your lawn.............seriously don't!
Heat added as it's £2 cheaper than Amazon and £14 than the Agri shop down the road from me.

Is it any good for my nemesis/ivy?

yes but you may need to damage the leaves to allow it to absorb, or even better is drilling a small hole near the root and feeding a bit in neat (plug the hole after with something that won't fall out), it won't stand a chance then.

Its absolutellllly fantastic stuff. Had ivy growing up a tree about 30ft. Cut the root and sprayed the bottom half of the ivy with this stuff at 250ml per 5lt using a spear and jackson pressure sprayer for £8 on amazon. Weeded the drive and a small patch in the corner. 3 weeks later and it's all dead.

Brilliant stuff.... I got some from a farmer to kill some bindweed. (100% stuff)
It was 15ml to 1 litre.
Just be careful if you are using a spray. It murders anything the drift may hit..... And that may include the wife Doods.

Is it really 15ml to 1 litre of water? Or 150ml?
I've just used 800ml and topped it to 5 litre with water. So a bit overkill. Will this damage anything?

I bought some of this a couple of months ago - need only 50ml in a 5 litre sprayer. Takes around 10 days after spraying but it just kills anything it touches.
