A word of warning - Ann Summers' customer service stinks! Just one example - my wife ordered a sale item and they instead sent an alternative item (that was nothing like the one she ordered). She returned it and, although she was refunded the cost of the item, no postage was refunded. So basically instead of just telling her it was out of stock and cancelling the order, they sent something she didn't want and she was ultimately left out of pocket. Ann Summers had even promised her that the postage would be refunded.
