Also make sure that you have the correct dimensions, as some are not the same as the general bed size. For example, I have a double bed in this style but it is way bigger than a standard double bed.
The price varies with each mattress. This is a really low lying bed which takes some used to, so take that into account.

Voted hot for price.
This looks like an identical bed to one that pops up on Groupon from time to time, and I currently own. I'd have to recommend exercising caution as while the bed is easy enough to put together, the slats are quite weak and the general fit of the slats has led to having to put them back into place in the 9 months or so that I've owned one.
Also, such a low bed is a pain in the backside to get into and out of.
