Not sure they are voting cold but when the deal is new your heat points are not worth much until an hour has passed. Mine are only worh 1 point if i use mine early. It will get hotter as the time passes, dont worry.

It transpires that my fridge did arrive on Fri 23rd, while we were away - I only just discovered yesterday. One of our neighbours had taken the delivery, and the driver hadn't even left a card through our door to let us know, to add to the fact that it hadn't arrived on the pre-arranged date.
I phoned Asda Direct this morning, and they apologised, refunded the £3.95 delivery charge, and also sent me a £5.00 e-voucher in the way of an apology, so kudos to their customer services department.
Hopefully now they can resolve their systems problems that is causing items to be delivered on incorrect days.
