Simply add your choice of meat or veg and bung in the pot/pan etc.
Why not go gourmet crazy and add a generous sprinkle of corriander on top as a garnish? That's what I do. Mmmmm lovely.

I stocked up on the Rogan Josh at the weekend, really nice, the whole family liked it - sure we got a tin of Tikka Masala to but no-one like that much

Marinate the meat in the paste, use this concentrate in tins mixed with youghurt etc for the curry base. Good price, sometimes 2 for a pound in ASDA otherwise about 80p. Hot.

The Madras is a favourite of mine. Good for left over chicken from a Sunday roast when you can't be bothered doing it all from scratch.

Yep n the RogajnJosh is brill made with tin of this plus tin of tomatoes then simmered down - lovely. Vindaloo great if you've got a cold coming on to try to blast it out of the water before it gets hold! Madras yummy too. All of these knock Sharwoods etc into a cocked hat!
