I've already got one, they're really handy! Also Ikea are now doin delivery online & the delivery charges are a lot less than you would pay if you ordered instore.

The online delivery charge is not always cheaper, e.g for me they charge £35 online but £30 instore. And the online delivery service is much slower (couple of weeks) compared to next day delivery from the store.

Also with the Ikea Family card, when you spend a certain amount they send you vouchers in the post like £10 off £60 etc.
If you already have a Family card from the store it appears that you can't use it online which is annoying, I think you have to apply for another one online which is then tied to your online account. So I recommend applying for one online and then using that for both instore and online purchases so you build up purchases on one card.
