Hehe.
Haven't tried this, but I love "Ballycastle" from Aldi for a similar price.

Can't beat the poor mans Baileys. Tesco's Irish Meadow and ASDA's equivalent are also very decent.

check the label - I haven't had any recently, but Irish Knights always used to taste a lot more bitter that Baileys for the good reason that it was cream mixed with cheap wine (instead of cheap whiskey)... so, it isn't the same type of thing

I'll vouch for Irish Knights, we get it at Xmas cos it mixes well with hot chocolate! and it's cheep cheep cheep!!!!

It's 14.5% ABV! That must be some VERY strong wine they are mixing it with  Surely this is mixed with whisky (albeit cheap whisky) to get to that ABV figure?

We always get Irish Knights when it's in stock at Asda, massive favourite over christmas and it seems that most of the family prefer it to Baileys and some just can't tell the difference.
