Yorkshire Ambulance Service has provided over 200 free first aid awareness training sessions to Trust members and various community groups across the region. These events have all been well-attended and have been a great success. Thank you to everyone who supported and attended these events!
The course content includes cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and also shows how to treat the most common emergencies such as heart attack or stroke; skills that could be vital in an emergency.
A member of our Community Engagement Team will travel to your chosen venue and the course lasts two and a half hours. Each of the attendees will receive a certificate of attendance.

Yep!, as such more UK Borough's (London included), should be doing these too?, or .....
