Maybe you don't, but I would find this app helpful because it would give me a good, strict plan for working out, as well as a measurement for how much I've worked out instead of just doing push-ups until either I'm exhausting or my arms are aching.

I really like the community around here, I`m not from UK, I`m from Croatia and English is not mine native language so have some understanding.
posting free stuff here is what people do, i see that you have posted almost nothing that explains alot.

Instead of ignorantly voting cold, you could just ask the question Tim. I find the incessant posting to 'social media' very tedious, but I think the main aim of the apps is that the number of repetitions and the duration of breaks is tweaked each time you do them to with the aim of making you more effective at completing the exercise is as short a time period as possible. No idea if it works, and I'm sure you could find the instructions for reps and breaks online somewhere too.

issue's? bragger? What has the amount of deals got todo with you're post? For you're information I mainly use misc....being that I have quite a few comments!
just because I haven't posted many deals does that mean I'm not alot to have so many comments?
At the end of the day I see a pointless app telling you todo a few push ups.
A couple of months back there was a android app, it reminded you to drink water during the day...I can only guess you purchased that one as well.

And for the app, if you ever exercise alone you`ll understand the meaning of the app.
On the other hand, the app is free for now and why not get it to your library while its free, why do you need to be such a negative guy?
About that app you had mentioned and drinking water, well there are many apps that do nothing useful and costs, but this one is free so your argument is invalid...

Why have 'they' got issues? This is a perfectly 'reasonable' 'healthy' response, if anything, YOU have the 'issues' if you need to be 'socially' 'connected' 24/7 and require an app to tell you how to live your celebrity lifestyle. Cheers.
