Not in Albir its €1 a pint down the backstreets and €1.50 near the seafront, never paid more than €1.50 for a bottle, you must be going somewhere expensive, also get pints of Amstel for €1 - €1.50 or 5 bottles for €5.

The red label bottles they sell in Sainsbury's are really nice and good quality,
Usually pay around a €1.50 a pint in Spain and its £5 a pint in velvet Manchester!

In Spain you would pay around 2€ for a 330 ml bottle (half pint) or 1.50 for a caña (200 ml).:wink:

ha ha I remember 15 years ago in Spain this was part of the Mahou sales reps pitches to sell it, as they couldn't give the stuff away as was the lowest quality beer around, jump forwards label it a continental beer and us brits are lapping it up.
