Seems they are running out of some flavours and that is why my order was held up, got an email today saying they were out of the Golden Vegetable and New Orleans rice packs and told to pick an alternative. If anyone else ordered either of those worth checking your emails in case you have a message too...

Anyone else had theirs delivered yet? I ordered mine as soon as this was posted on the 8th and checking my account it still says "unfulfilled" as when I first ordered, thought it might have at least gone to dispatched by now.
Hope they haven't taken more orders than they can supply, still early days yet though I guess...

Pretty standard for online subscription services tbh. You have to remember they expect you to continue to a paid subscription, they aren't just giving free stuff away for the sake of it, and assuming you do go on to a paid subscription they would need some way to charge you for it, think you can see where I'm going with this.
Dunno why some ppl are so fussy about this, they are giving something for nothing, they are going to at least want some info in return. If you have online banking (and you should) you can see any errant charges immediately and query them and they are a real company so not just going to start randomly stealing money off ppls credit cards, and even assuming they did, credit card protection should kick in anyway....

Ordered and heated, amazingly generous trial/freebie, pretty decent sized packs too, bit bigger than the regular uncle bens/super market microwave rice packs too....

Relatively simple to cancel subscription as well, just noted mine as wanted to try different flavours. Hopefully original order turns up for £0

Wouldn't cancel until they have at least delivered your first order, however easy it is, as if you do you are giving them zero incentive to fulfil it other than goodwill as they will know you aren't continuing....
