This is actually part of a competition, so if you fill it out properly you have a chance of winning your dad his own pub for the day... whatever that means. Alternatively skip the photo upload and just write something in the box like 'He's great.' and put your details in to receive a code for 2 free pints over the father day weekend. I live in West London so there are a fair few Fullers pubs around here and with the cost of a pint these days, this is not a bad little freebie.
N.b. I guess this could also go in the competition section too, but wasn't sure which was a better place.

The “Prize” includes a take-over of the nominated pub hanging sign for Father's Day only, a tailored menu to include the winning Dad's favourite dishes and a meal for up to 20 people to be celebrated on 18th June, subject to maximum spend of £1000.
