Doesn't seem bad for free, bit dodgy having adverts in it if it is supposed to be a purchased app but then I haven't seen any yet.

Bloons TD is one of my favourite games on the phone and I liked Supermonkey 1.

It's an offer. You can tell as the offers have the standard price crossed out with the install button showing where as the free to play (more like pay to play) games just have the install button with no price shown. I routinely avoid the free games as with precious few exceptions they are weighted towards IAPs or ruined with intrusive ads.
Had all but given up on android gaming but these google play special offers have really revived my interest, if you check the discounted free games regular you can quickly build a nice collection of premium games with no (or at least minimal) intrusive ads and iaps...
