I only bother playing a couple of times a week, at times when I'm fairly sure there'll still be some parcels left unsnatched in my inventory by the morning - otherwise I'd agree, I'd probably uninstall too if I was trying to play every day and felt like I was being constantly hounded. When it stops feeling fun, what's the point?

I've stopped playing now. Three players nearby bugging the hell out of me, phone constantly beeping for a few discount codes? Nah.

​When I use the bottom method using the one device.... it only knocks off 50 coins for 2 snatches.

I had accumulated a number of parcels and revealed all together. A couple were sky passes, but as I had grabbed them in the previous month, they fell into my used/expired section....so probably best to reveal as you go along.

The only glitch I use is when I have 9 parcels, I start a snatch then quickly grab a normal parcel. If they don't defend you end up with both, so 11 parcels.

​ Snatch 2 parcels simultaneously from the same/other player using 2 devices, via same account or another. If one player defends you're 99% certain to snatch from the other. If nobody defends you snatch both. Obviously it costs 50 coins per snatch. A ghost parcel is when 2 players Snatch from the same person at precisely the same time but there is only one parcel left in their inventory. Try it and work it out for yourself ........................

Yeah, I'm really only carrying on with this out of habit at the moment, although i've got an appointment in london in a fortnight so i'm kind of hoping i can bag enough diamonds to drop another supermassive black hole when i get there. If i can do that and I don't get anything worthwhile then i'm really going to uninstall this and leave it alone.

Was worth playing it at the start just for the nowtv codes.
Doesn't seem much point in playing anymore, I don't really bother defending the few boxes that I get as there doesn't seem much point spending more coins than I'd win.
- I only retaliated yesterday as the same player snatched my 10 boxes half an hour before they were due to be secured at 5.30am, and i managed to snatch a golden parcel off them and then spent 5 hours+ defending that (spent well over 500 coins doing so) - all for a £1 in the end (which I'm not even going to bother redeeming)

(saying that, I did win a frisbee a week or two ago and I am waiting for delivery of that (_;) )

i suppose i'll have to get used to it since i've got no plans to go back to the iPhone. The map on the iPhone version was a lot better as well if you dropped a radar as you could zoom out far enough to see the parcels in your area.

i'm still working towards getting enough diamonds to be able to drop a supermassive black hole. if i don't get anything decent from that then i'll knock it on the head as it's just a bit of a grind to keep getting coins with the rare appearance of a now tv pass.

Has happened to me many times, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, haven't found a way to improve it. Yesterday I snatched two parcels, and they both disappeared from my parcel list without anyone snatching, weird!

having just moved from an iPhone back to Android, i'm really not liking the android version of this app.

if anyone has the android version, is there a way of improving the alerts or notifications of when people are trying to snatch parcels ?. i was on a call with a friend of mine this morning and it was only by sheer luck i glanced at the phone to see that i'd had two parcels snatched and i hadn't heard the notification.

I've read that the T&C's for the NowTV passes has changed and you can only apply one of each type of code per account?

That might explain why some of the codes show as unrecognised for some of us?

Why would I do that? It's not worth the hassle in fees and dodgy buyers reversing the transactions as you're selling a digital code and not actual goods.

I've just actually deployed another radar and snatched up 9 parcels, as i have one still active, and one of them is actually golden so maybe i've also now turned a corner from just coins.

I'm certainly finding the radar a far better option than the black hole.

I'm on iOS too. After I re installed I just had coins (for my first 20 or so parcels). Then I stopped actively playing, just collected the daily parcel and played again after about 3 days of re installing. Then got 3 Now TV passes.

I had got similar results to you too early on when playing it but have got nothing but coins recently. It does seem a bit like they give you a few things like passes in the first couple of days to hook you in and then drop the amount of prizes dramatically. My friends have found the same.

I have given up for now as I was collecting a few before bed like you but there is now someone near me who must work a night shift as during the course of the night he steals all my parcels so there is nothing left by morning.

Hhhhmm ... seems to work more successfully on android that way then. I'm on iOS ..

Hi , I have experienced the exact same issue as wadeywilson 1 did earlier, to use a sky sports day pass today but site wouldn't except it even though it has expiry of 31st May. Contacted Now TV through live chat to be told it was valid and in date yet I couldn't get it to redeem and was told to contact snatch as the redemption offer ran out end of March. Kind of confused by this as surely there cant be two different expiries. As it was my sons code im thinking these maybe account specific. So frustrating

I had a 4am snatcher earlier on - there's a player in my local area called "Laura01" who attacks me all the time, mainly because I think she caught me during my first week of playing when i didn't have enough coins and i was basically giving away all my parcels so she thinks i'm an easy touch.

She's lucked out a few times over the past few weeks because, like you, i haven't been getting the snatch notifications, but there's also been one occasion i was playing music on the phone and didn't hear the notification noise.

Anyway, the funny things is, when i woke up about half an hour ago, i thought i'd try snatching a parcel off her which I got and it only had 19 minutes left which very likely made it the daily parcel she snatched off me at 4am :grin:

As for the game I think it's tedious! I've been playing it for a while now and have accumulated around 30000 coins but very few other prizes. I get a snatched notification but not the attack notification, the average parcel coin worth has dropped significantly - most parcels are 50 coins. Managed to use the super black hole during peak hours on May bank holiday encompasing Oxford Circus and Trafalgar Square and was 10 parcels short of the max 50, I don't think there could possibly be a better location and to top it all they were all just boring coins. The normal black hole now costs 1500 coins so unless you are lucky to get a prize you will definitely be at a loss!
So far collected 275, snatched 1090, lost 301. Hence opened 1064 parcels of which one free cocktail, one discount on a silly book, £5 circle credit, 2 kids passes, 2 spots passes and today's winnings of 2 movies passes :smile:
O and don't get me started on the midnight snatchers :grin:

They should restrict how many times you can be snatched from in one day, I have fed this back to them. Otherwise the one dude who is on it 24/7 makes it a pain to play this game, constant snatching!

Cleared the cache and low and behold... 9 parcels that I collected earlier today just became secured... 2 of these contained NowTV passes (cinema and kids) and 2 contained diamonds. On Android.

tried that so we'll see tomorrow. reading some of the recent reviews on the app store though, this doesn't appear to be an isolated problem. does make me wonder if the bubble has burst on the game ?

Try logging out.... before logging in again go to settings to clear snatch app cache/data and force stop! :wink:

interesting "hack" on youtube though which has since been patched. someone deployed a cloak of invisibility and then changed the system date on his iphone. it bumped up the amount of time on the cloak to 240 hours !

I'm certainly starting to get the impression that once you get above a certain amount of coins, the whole thing becomes a bit too easy which is probably why there's an over-reliance on coin boxes because they can't have everyone winning money and prizes.

i've found that weekday mornings around here are actually very "clear". If i can snatch up a few crates before 9am then i'm almost guaranteed to secure all of them. been at it a few days now and got nearly 2k in coins and averaging about 4 or 5 parcels a day.

No prizes worth anything though so i might just keep going until i have enough diamonds to launch a supermassive blackhole and then if i don't get anything out of that, i'll get rid of it.

Anyone else having problems with their location moving about when they are sat in one place? I put up a tent earlier to protect some parcels with an hour left, but my phone keeps saying I've gone out of the safe zone and I've now lost two parcels. I've even tried turning off location services, but it still keeps jumping around.

I've worked out that if I collect parcels before I go into work (I work in a school) then they are safe and can open them when I leave in the afternoon! The school is set back quite a way from the road, so works a treat!!!

i actually managed to capture and defend a parcel :smile:

the same player tried to snatch it at the same time of the morning again but i'd built up 1000 coins over a few days so defended with the smoke bombs as people have recommended. i can only guess she went to work as i was left alone after about 8:30am and a few hours later, the parcel was mine.

Sod's law is that it was for 150 coins and i'd spent about 155 defending it ...

It's funny, i've been leaving it a few days to try and build up enough coins to be able to defend myself and each morning for the past few mornings the same username has snatched my daily parcel at around the same time :smile:

It's probably largely down to the fact that each time she begins the snatch i just surrender the parcel ..

Passes issued by SNATCH are invalid, unable to apply, NOW TV customer services informed these passes are bogus and can block your account

I was not really asking how to defend as the only defence that works is smoke-bomb for this attack -vests, tents and invisibility cloaks do not work during the attacks. I would like to know how you do the 'consecutive/multiple-snatch attack' which I have experienced 3 times from the same person in the last couple of days.

I emailed the developers and had the response of how to defend too - they make money
I noticed on the web there are a couple of coin generators that are working, I can't use them plus is this only a little casual gaming

Of course you can snatch again if they arent using any protection. You click on bottom right and if the have parcels/are nearby/ and not using protection then you can attack them.

If you use vest they can attack straight away, if you dont protect then they can attack straight away. if you use smoke screen of a different tool they cant attack. simple

I would like to do the same attack as I have received. However the moment I make a snatch attempt and they defend/give me the parcel, they disappear from my radar and I can no longer snatch for a period of time from them. There appears a way you can snatch and regardless of your defence (unless smokescreen) *immediately* try to snatch again, and again and again. I thought it was a glitch/bug in the game the first time, but then the same person did that the following day and the day after too a couple of times and did that to my neighbours. My current strategy is phone friends and we all snatch from that person every 15 minutes and he stops doing that attack. However, the point of my request, was for an experienced gamer/player to advise on how you do this attack - of repeated immediate snatch attempts because we (and you) do not know how to.

I dont understand your issue. never use vests only use smoke screen, all tools defend against snatches.

although nothing can defend you against a black hole/tornado but they are rare.

You can only defend an attack with vest/smoke screen. you can preemptively defend with cloak/tent. you can only only make multiple snatch attempts if someone doesnt defend or only defends with a vest, which is the wrong thing to do.

Can someone tell me how do you do multiple snatch attempts consecutively -one local snatcher keeps trying to snatch my single parcels no matter how many vests I buy and they are attempts within a second of the previous, only option I have is 15 minute smoke bombs, tents seems useless.

ive been at it a week not putting much time into it. got the movie/kids pass early on everyone gets. today i got a sports pass and golden parcel. I think my main rules are always use smoke instead of vest. I feel leaving parcels overnight is a bad idea as you will probably lose parcels and if your profile shows you losing parcels more people will try to steal.

ive got plenty of time and coins to keep it as long as there isnt a black hole, which i have had several of in my area, which seems a waste of coins. just hope its a prize and not £1 that i probably wont bother with.

I had a golden parcel, it was at the end of my list. It only had 56mins left and was the last one on the list. Now it has disappeared or turned into simple parcel..Does anyone know how? I never had less than 5-6 parcels, I thought they get snatched from the top of the list?

If you haven't got the coins to defend what i would do is pickup as many parcels as you can, that way increases the chance they will snatch one of those and not the one you want to defend.
Everyone parcel that gets snatched find another to replace it and hopefully you fill their swag with 6 hour parcels :-)

i honestly didn't want to snatch anything because i wanted to wait a while to build up enough coins to make it possible to actually defend something but i was stuck on a bus and bored and it just bugged me that it just had to be a golden parcel.

do what I do, load up your parcels, drive to a remote place or industrial estate, switch phone to airplane mode.
leave for 6 hours. switch on normal mode, BOOM 10 delivered parcels!
we live near some open fields, never any players there, switching to airplane mode locks your position to the last known spot!

I've been playing this game for four or five days now. So far I've just got a 3 months kids pass and 2 months movies pass out of around 15 prizes (the rest being coins). I've found the way this game works best for me is to check in when I go to bed at around 11. I get the free daily parcel and coins and then steal all the parcels I can do which is usually around four parcels. After that I buy a tent which gives 1 hour immunity from theft then when I wake up collect my prizes, assuming I haven't been robbed. I haven't bothered playing during the day as people keep stealing my parcels and any attempts to snatch others get defended.

One other thing to note is that the kids pass I received had about 5 weeks before expiring but the movies pass had just 1 week. That effectively makes collecting them worthless once you have one of each type except sports.

I find you're better off not snatching at first. I'm quite lucky as I live in a suburb where nobody seems to play it. I get the train home from Manchester and can collect ten parcels on route. It gives me around 1,000 coins a night.

I'm aware it's "not complicated". I'm also aware it costs 25 coins every time you snatch something as well.

So you snatch 10 parcels for 250 coins and they all have the full 6 hour time limit on them, how are you supposed to defend them all with 200 coins remaining from your daily allowance ?

That'll give you 5 shots at defending 10 parcels which is impossible.

Sure, if you're lucky and snatch a few with an hour or two remaining, you might have more coins to defend with, but then when you've got multiple people making multiple snatch attempts, how's that supposed to work ?

Wow. It's not complicated, open the app, click snatch from some random person then close the app. Get notification I've got it and then repeat.
Sometimes they defend it, sometimes get a notification saying someone snatching mine so spend 55 coins on a smoke thing. That's it.

Takes about 20 seconds every 5 mins or so when I could be bothered. At the end of the day it's just luck. It's only a game!

Edit- just checked stats, I've collected 2, snatched 44 and lost 17.
Have won loads of coins, 2 passes and 50 diamonds.

Interesting. Someone who obviously has no idea what they're doing can blunder their way to 600 coins and not one but two now tv passes and i've yet to finish a day with more than zero coins. I doubt very much you had "20 snatch attempts" though, going by how many coins you have left.

If anyone else who actually knows what they're doing on the game is willing to offer some practical tips then i'd be interested. I keep thinking i want to try it again but then I always get in to the same situation.

No idea to be honest. Some I defended but some I didn't even notice they were snatching. Wasted about 20 mins on it over yesterday and gave up now as got what I wanted (cinema and kids pass)

Largely because I have too many people near me who play the game so it becomes impossible to constantly defend snatch attempts without always running out of coins.

I'm currently five days in. Spent no money at all, won all three types of now tv pass and have around 3,000 coins. I don't really understand how you has so much trouble with it.

Wow, I just noticed that the price of a black hole has shot up from 500coins to 1500!
Is it showing the same for others too?
It just seems improbable considering that you can get only 10 parcels at best with a black hole (sometimes considerably less) and most are worth 50, 75, 100 coins, so why would anyone spent 1500 oO

I think how this works for you also depends on where you live. I'm in a reasonably remote suburb and so I can head into town during the day for work then just pick up parcels off the street on my way home so have 10 by the time I'm home. Then with only 1 maybe 2 people nearby of an evening all my parcels are pretty safe. If you live in town centre or area with lots of apartments etc then you are going to have a lot of snatchers near by all the time. :-(

if someone collects a parcel at 12 then you snatch it at 4 it should have 2 hrs left so try and only go for ones that don't have a lot of time left

The ones I have snatched have had variable times left.

i was always under the impression that any parcel you snatched started a 6 hour countdown clock ?

I Think you need to just collect parcels to build up some coins first or if you snatching only snatch 2 from 1 person to see how long is left if over 4hrs leave it anything under 2hrs keep going only use smoke screen since its better than the vest for an extra 15 coins im currently on 16000 coins and never have paid for any

I don't think i'm terrible at this game in particular though. it's still structured in such a way that makes it extremely difficult if you don't want to purchase coins. the defences like the tent and invisibility cloak can only be applied a couple of times per day and will in no way cover the full 6 hour period you have to wait for the crates to be secured.

i'm sure if i was moving about or travelling throughout the day then i'd probably have saved all ten crates as nobody would have had a "lock" on me to snatch them all but I wasn't.

Today summed up quite well why i don't like this game.

Re-installed it to try it again and found I actually did have about 300 coins which was handy. managed to snatch a couple of crates for another 150 coins so it was going well.

got a couple more but started getting constant snatch attempts which i defended at 40 coins a time, so i decided to deploy the protective tent for 125 for an hour's 'peace' and my coins are going down rather rapidly.

was out on a rather long bus ride later so started snatching as many crates as i could and got up to the maximum of 10. when i got to where I was going, i knew i would be busy so decided to deploy another tent for another hour's protection which basically left me with 140 coins or, in other words, three snatch defences.

lo and behold, when i got home and the tent had worn off, i had used my three snatch defences in the first 15 minutes after that so i was left with 7 parcels and 20 coins. no way of defending anything and no way of snatching anything either.

so i had to spend the rest of the day watching all of my parcels being picked off one by one until i had none left - it got to the point where i just surrendered the final three parcels because there wasn't any point.

so with that in mind, here's my code for a 2 Month Cinema Pass - NOW8KTP9JB3BFM - and i'm uninstalling the game again. can't see me going back to it.

Both - but unless lots of people live near you to snatch the parcels from you need to be out and about with an IPhone collecting them.
