Hope you are right Boz. Was just concerned I may have been 'starting' a sub or something by getting my first Kindle. Lots of the digital content world is alien to me.

OK here is a question.
I have an Amazon account and an Amazon Fire HD tablet with my account on it but I've never touched the Kindle Store.
I have just 'bought' this freebie. Have I inadvertently signed up for something else in doing so, or will this be just a one off stand alone thing? Hope I have not subscribed to anything.
