Looks like it's for EE Customers with a Google Pixel Phone from the description.

Opened up Google Play Store app's Movies & TV section and saw banner for 'Movie Offer from EE'.

Clicking the link sadly won't take you there. Open up the Play Store app on your phone and it should show up in movies and tv section

Didn't appear on the web store, only got it on my Phone. Might be device specific too as I've got a Pixel phone

Yeah, I suspect it's because I took out my contract on an iphone and have since swapped that for a Pixel...

Mine's the same(ish)

Bought my Pixel separately sim free and am on a SIM Only plan... When I log into my play store on the web it does list my phone as an EE Google Pixel.

This seems to be part of the Pixel-specific tariff that EE is offering.

Not too sure if it's limited to purchases through them. Mine's from the Google Store and using a SIM Only SIM. Think it's just detecting if the device matches a Pixel and the network is EE. although some people are seeing it on other networks.
