This game is on live Free tonight (Tues 6th Dec) @ 19:45 on the BT Showcase channel. I don't think there's a HD version, but you can watch it on BT Sport 2 HD if you are subscribed.
On Freeview and I believe anyone who can get the channel through other set top boxes, satellite etc.

No, not eveywhere in the country gets all the Freeview channels even though we pay the same licence fee (I am on Freeview, but that's not the point). We get 'Freeview Light', it's half the channels that most people get.

It must be because you need BT Showcase, they haven't made it free on BT Sports 2. I don't have BT Showcase because I'm on a relay transmitter. Thanks, though.
