Has anyone actually had a look at this yet? Looking at the author, and the range of games (30?) it would appear to be something patched together rather than a proper ebook.

Look at the preview of the book, I'd say you're right - definitely looks patched together specifically to capitalise on the release of the Classic NES. First couple of pages show a bare minimum of effort. Doesn't look decent for something that costs £2.37........
Screenshots in the guides for particularly tricky to describe bits. No idea whether this guide has 'em though. I doubt it does.

Games were a lot harder back in the day. Just watch some AVGN episodes on youtube and you remember why you needed a Game Genie.
