ALLIED” is the story of intelligence officer Max Vatan (Pitt), who in 1942 North Africa encounters French Resistance fighter Marianne Beausejour (Cotillard) on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Reunited in London, their relationship is threatened by the extreme pressures of the war.
*I've already seen this film, and can recommend it, it is brilliant.

Only just realised- there used to be a little wheel thing (?) at the top right, where I could see what my alerts were set to. Can't find it now. You could try posting a query in Feedback?

None near me but good post. Heat added. Seems I didn't miss much by not getting tickets for Arrival. Is Allied worth paying to see?

Yes, definitely. I think Brad Pitt is under rated as an actor, he was really good. Plot is good, fast-moving, lots of intrigue and emotion. I absolutely loved the 40s sets. Only prob for me, as an ex-smoker - they make smoking look glamorous, and not a filthy habit, lol

As I replied to redandblack, well worth keep checking, right up to last minute, as I think the other posts for Allied are different locations. Ignore the ' expired' heading. The link will still work, they shouldn't be expired, due to returns.

Tbh, by the time I get the alerts, the tickets have mainly gone, usually. I did get tickets for it. Seen a trailer, it looks really good

Did you get to see Arrival? I went with a friend on free tickets from a Tesco promo. I didn't rate the film, thought it excruciatingly slow. We were both falling asleep so left half-way through

Thanks, redandblack. Not tons of time, but always worth keep checking back for returns, or on any other threads listing this film.
Please ignore the fact that they get expired. The link still works, and, because of returns, the deal, as such, is not 'expired' til the time of the showing.
When I have had to return tickets, due to other commitments, I've left it as late as I've dared, as I've been wanting to see the film, and trying to arrange things so that I could, so I dare say other people are the same. Hope you get to see it, it really is a good film that I very much enjoyed.
