I went to one of the central London stores today and was told this was meant to be a "free gift with purchase" offer and they mistakenly left that off the T&Cs. They made a bit of a fuss but eventually gave me the lipstick.

They had lots of matte lipsticks but when I went to the till an hour ago with one, they said they changed the offer today and it has to be a lip and cheek stain instead.

I went to use my voucher today and i was told the same. I picked up a cheek and lip stain but the whole experience was pretty disappointing as I had already spent some time picking out a lipstick and they had plenty in stock but still refused the lipsticks!
