If op or a mod can update the description it would save others having to load the o2 priority app to check t&cs to find out when it ends like I just have.

I've never done one of the O2 priority offers. From reading this, does it mean that you're best picking up your box of cards and then downloading the free gift code whilst in the queue? If you have only 2 minutes to do this, does this mean that if there is a delay at the queue, which takes longer than 2 minutes for you to be served, you no longer get them for free?

You should always make sure you have connection INSIDE the store first (your own or the high street wifi), then right before you're about to get served, click on 'use it now', and done (you can save the deal at home).

I sent off for an O2 sim (pay as you go). I have a monthly sim deal with 3 now (was in a 2-year monthly contract with EE). If I take out my 3 sim, do I just place the O2 sim into my phone (it is unlocked now) - will I have to activate it or will it work straight away? Shardie886 above, mentioned that you only need to insert the O2 sim once and then you can re-insert your usual sim - will the O2 app stay permanently on my phone then if I put my 3 sim back in - will I have to swap sims every time that I want to take advantage of an O2 priority offer? Any advice welcome, thank you.
shardie886 to Sophiasky

You can keep your nomal sim from three in the phone o2 priority will work with out the sim after putting phone number in o2 priority and using the text code i have never been a o2 customer

My partner and I also got this deal last year Xmas cards from WHSmith on O2 priority!
That doesn't prove anything, at the 02 store where I worked, we had nothing but problems with the offer not showing. 100s of people moaning they didn't have the offers. HO had told us offers were different, that's all.
