get the virgin red app which is free. you need to verify virgin trains on it. to do this click on your name, then my Virgin, then scroll down until you see the Virgin trains logo. type in your email address and name. it will tell you you're verified. go to home page of app scroll along and you'll see it.

It's free and if you can bear the regular signal dropouts its worth registering with Virgin Red. Also worth mentioning that you regularly get discounts - 20/30% off Virgin rail offered through the app.
