This event will last 1 hour in each store. Please refer to the times indicated below:
Times:
England and Wales 10am to 11am,
Scotland 9am to 10am,
Northern Ireland 12pm to 1pm.
On the morning of Sunday 6th November, we will be opening our stores with altered conditions within the stores, to offer families affected by autism and additional needs a calm environment to fully enjoy browsing and discovering Christmas gift ideas.
To ensure a successful and enjoyable event is achieved in every store, lights will be slightly dimmed and fluorescent lighting reduced where possible. Music and Tannoy announcements will be switched off during the event, and autism friendly signage will be utilised to offer a more calming influence. There will also be a quiet zone available should the need arise.
There may be exceptional times in some Shopping Centres - for more information on your local event, please contact your local Toys R Us store: http://toysrus.co.uk/toys/locator

I'm guessing you can't actually buy anything until 11.00 (in England / Wales) though due to Sunday trading laws?

Yeah, that should be correct. Some supermarkets will open on Sundays to get customers in and as soon as it hit's 10am (Or whatever their opening times are) they can checkout.
Sun opening times could vary by store with ToysRus, a few that I have checked can vary between 10am and 11am. Might be an idea to check ahead of the day

Large shops can trade for 6 hours between 10am and 6pm, it's up to them what 6 they choose. Could be 10-4 or 11-5, even 12-6 or any of the half hours in between.
