just released..star trek online for xbox one...can't find it on my xbox in UK, but it confirms that i own it after downloading from microsoft...checked my xbox and it's not there yet, so it's probably just a heads up...says available 06/09/2016 so won't be long...not posted in a long while so this is probably a mess...also for PS4...sorry i didn't add that at the start....link is for xbox one

Why does it seem odd? Consoles are for playing games on. No need for live/psn for that. I understand for some games but most games are better one player anyway.
Shame this requires psn or I would have given it a go. Not worth paying for PSN just for this though.

Change regions on your Xbox to US to download now.
played a few hours last night, seems like a totally different games than what launched on pc years ago. looks good and runs pretty good on the Xbox and seems fun.

It's a free to play game on PC and will be on console. They make their money by having all the good ships be paid DLC or in random boxes (that you have to pay to open).
Decent enough game. My other half is a mod on the subreddit (/r/sto), its small but they know a lot.
Also apparently it's going to be out here today (someone said 6am) but that might be a rumour.

My guess is that it's available on the US store as the payment option shows up as dollars! If that's the case then just change your location! Maybe someone could confirm this...
