Waitrose Food magazine is free if you have a MyWaitrose card, or £1.20 if not.
I noticed in a local store today that it comes with a packet of Ricola sugar-free sweets. There seem to be three flavours available: elderflower, lemon mint and liquorice. Not sure if every store has the free-sweets version of the magazine. But could be worth a look while you're in there?
picked this up in London at westfield shopping centre also seen on the Edgware Rd. both only had lemon flavour but full sized packet.

The one in Bluewater is called John Lewis Food Hall and not Waitrose for some obscure reason.

No sweets with my waitrose magazine today, the magazine is really good freebie on its own though. With a free coffee and free paper (as long as you spend £5 during the week or £10 at weekends) you're getting around £5-6 worth of freebies.

I have been back today (to get my free latte, free MoS - with another £5 voucher!) and ALL mags are bagless and sweetless!.....
So it must be regional......
Unless the stores have taken the mags out of the bags and snaffled the sweets for themselves......
And I think they have more important things to do than all that palava.....like constantly filling the coffee machines up!!

A sweet without sugar is not a sweet, it is a sweetener?!

I wonder if this is regional, as the Mags in my Waitrose Stores are not in plastic bags, and do not have the free sweets.....
Shame

When did you check? I think my local had the normal mags a few days ago, but the free-sweets ones today.
Also, a third flavour is licorice.

Nice deal op, thanks. I registered for my waitrose card online and it let me print out a paper, temporary one

You can order a MyWaitrose card from

(But it would probably arrive after the magazine is sold out.)
